Other Methods of Giving:Annual Cash Gifts Cash and checks are always acceptable. All checks should be made payable to the Varsity O Association. All gifts made to the Varsity O Association are tax 100% tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
Pledges You can pledge your donation and set up a convenient payment plan. For your convenience, we also accept donations made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and/or through a monthly payment plan (monthly billing or credit card).You may elect to have your credit card charged or you may pay by check.
Matching Gifts Many companies and corporations provide matching gift programs for employee contributions. Ask your personnel office about your employer’s matching gift policy and see how you can make your gift work two or three times harder for the Sooners!
Capital Gifts Every sport sponsored by the University of Oklahoma has recently seen major improvements in facilities and equipment. It is our dream to see these improvements continue.
Scholarship Endowments The primary purpose for privately funding the athletics program at the University of Oklahoma is to provide the necessary funds to advance our student-athletes educational pursuits.
Gifts-In-Kind A donation of goods and/or services in lieu of cash can also be made. All gifts-in-kind must receive prior approval. Please contact a Varsity O staff member if you have any questions regarding this method.
Insurance Policies An individual may assign policy ownership to the OU Foundation allowing the policy proceeds to be transferred in the untimely event of his or her death.
